Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you pickup in my area?

At the moment, we mainly operate in the following areas. We are always working on expanding our service area so even if your location is just outside one of these, please get in touch with us as we still may be able to help. Our current service area includes:

    • Alexandria
    • Brainerd Lakes
    • Detroit Lakes
    • Fergus Falls
    • Little Falls
    • Park Rapids
    • Sauk Centre
    • St. Cloud
    • Wadena
  • What electronics do you pickup?

Please view our Pricing page to see the most common items we accept.

  • What electronics don't you accept?

Although we are working on expanding the types of electronics we can accept, there are specific categories that we cannot pickup at this time. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and there may be other items that we cannot accept at this time.

    • Light bulbs
    • Large appliances
    • Mini refridgerators
    • Water coolers/dispensors
    • Vacuum cleaners
    • Whole room heaters
    • Air conditioners
  • Do I need to remove my hard drive?

No. Disassembly of your computer is not required. As a standard policy of ours, any device that may contain personal information (such as hard drives) is physically destroyed. So as soon as the hard drive is removed from the computer, we physically damage it beyond use and repair.

  • What days do you pick up?

Our pickup days are typically scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • Do I need to be home for my pickup?

No. Our pickups are 100% contactless! Simply have your e-waste at the designated spot you selected during your pickup request by 8 AM on the morning of the pickup.

  • How do I pay for my pickup?

After your items are picked up, they will be sorted at our facility to get an accurate cost. Once the cost is determined, an invoice will be emailed to you.

  • Why do you charge for certain items?

We would love to be able pick up everything without additional costs. However, certain items contain additional hazards and/or time to safely disassemble.
